We, at Sinai Marketing, Inc. are constantly improving the services we provide for our clients. In your monthly report or our newsletters we announce of the newly adopted or improved services. Sometimes we offer these services for free and sometimes there is a minimal charge associated with them. The following are some of the complimentary services we offer:
• Website Design and Development – if you are not happy with the design of your site and/or you want to improve its size, looks, or content, we can help you. Our website design and development team has extensive experience in meeting our client's expectations. The website design and development services include:
• Content Development – we have specialized copy-writers who have been trained to write for websites. They research your market, look at your competitors websites and interview you to get you the best possible content for your website. They also understand how SEP works, so their content will help your site rank higher on the SE's.
• Website Design – after your content is fully developed, our designers will put together a mock-up of your future website. We send that to you to get your approval before we develop your website.
• Website Development – our website programs, then make all of the pages of your website and create all the internal links. After your approval, we host your website and go live.
The process to design and develop your website will usually take about two months.
• Website Hosting – if you are currently happy with your host company, we don't recommend switching, however, if you are not receiving good service from them or if your website goes off-line occasionally, we recommend switching your host. Our website hosting is $30.00 per month and includes website hosting, an email account, FTP access, and many other services.
• Extra Email Accounts – if you need multiple email accounts, you can have it with a minimal monthly fee. Fees vary depending on how many individual email accounts you need.
• Traffic Analyzer – it is crucial to know how many people are visiting your site, which SE's they use and what keywords they are searching for to find your website. Our Traffic Analyzer partner does exactly that. We will set you up for free and your monthly fee is only $25.00. You can login to your account at your convenience and view these results. We will help you if you have any questions. We also use this program to better optimize and position your website.
• Pay-Per-Click Advertising – Search Engine Positioning (SEP) will get your website to the first page of the SE's under “Free Listings.” However, many of our clients choose to be listed under “Sponsored Listings” as well. Sponsored Listings are usually located at the very top of the SE screen and/or on the right side. SE's will place your site there for free and only charge you if someone clicks on your site, thus the term Pay-Per-Click. For a monthly fee of $100 we setup your accounts with Yahoo (Overture) and Google (Adwords), create and update your ads and manage your monthly budget.
• Website Updates – we have website designers and developers on board who can help you with:
• changing the content of your website,
• add/remove pictures
• add new pages to your website
• remove any of your website pages
In general we provide you with any kind of website updates you may need. Our hourly charge is only $75.00 per hour (two hours minimum work required).
